EPA Proposes Approval of Indiana's Redesignation of Delaware County to Attainment of 8-Hour Ozone Standard

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve Indiana's request to redesignate Delaware County as having attained the 8-hour ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS), based on three years of air quality monitoring data from 2002-2004, and to approve the state's plan to maintain the standard through 2015.
