EPA Approves Indiana's Redesignation of Delaware County to Meet 8-Hour Ozone Standard

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved Indiana's redesignation of Delaware County to meet the 8-hour ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS), as well as a 10-year plan to maintain attainment through 2015. This approval is based on the county's attainment of the ozone standard and Indiana's State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision.
