OSM Announces Proposed Information Collection for Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement

The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement is notifying the public that it has submitted a request for information collection to the Office of Management and Budget for review and comment, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
