Millennium Challenge Corporation Publishes Report on Eligible Countries for Fiscal Year 2006

The Millennium Challenge Corporation has published a report listing the countries eligible for assistance in Fiscal Year 2006, as mandated by the Millennium Challenge Act of 2003, following a review by the Corporation's Board of Directors.
