Compact Council Publishes Procedures for Compliant Use of Interstate Identification Index

The Compact Council, established under the National Crime Prevention and Privacy Compact, is releasing guidelines to ensure proper use of the Interstate Identification Index for non-law enforcement purposes, as permitted by the Compact's Article VI.
