NOAA Lists Southern Resident Killer Whales as Endangered Under Endangered Species Act

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has finalized a rule to list the Southern Resident killer whale distinct population segment as endangered, following a review of public comments and available information.
