Massachusetts: Extension of Interim Authorization of State Hazardous Waste Management Program Revision

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is extending the expiration date of the interim authorization for Massachusetts' hazardous waste management program, which regulates Cathode Ray Tubes (CRTs), from January 1, 2006 to January 1, 2011. This extension is being made without a prior proposal due to the non-controversial nature of the action.
