EPA Proposes Extension of Massachusetts Hazardous Waste Management Program Authorization for Cathode Ray Tubes

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to extend the expiration date of the interim authorization for the Massachusetts program regulating Cathode Ray Tubes (CRTs) from January 1, 2006 to January 1, 2011, under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act
