Pacific Fishery Management Council to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Groundfish Allocation

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) and the Pacific Fishery Management Council (Pacific Council) plan to analyze proposals to allocate groundfish among various sectors of the non-tribal Pacific Coast groundfish fishery, in compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969.
