Visiting Committee on Advanced Technology to Meet on December 13-14, 2005

The Visiting Committee on Advanced Technology (VCAT), composed of 15 members appointed by the Director of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), will meet on December 13 and 14, 2005, to review and make recommendations on NIST's general policy, organization, budget, and programs, as well as discuss strategic planning and best practices.
