EPA Withdraws Approval of Texas Air Quality Implementation Plan

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has withdrawn its approval of a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision for the State of Texas, following a timely adverse comment on a direct final rule published in 2005.
