EPA Proposes Regulations for Cooling Water Intake Structures at Phase III Facilities

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has published proposed regulations to establish requirements for cooling water intake structures at Phase III facilities, which would impact facilities with high intake flows and those extracting oil and gas from the ocean or Great Lakes.
