AGOA Textile and Apparel Goods from Nigeria to Undergo Classification Change

The African Growth and Opportunity Act (AGOA) has been amended to change the textile and apparel goods from Nigeria's treatment under the AGOA, shifting from 'handloomed, handmade, folklore articles, or ethnic printed fabrics' to a new classification. This change aims to provide preferential treatment to these goods under the AGOA.
