US Department of Commerce Seeks Public Comments on Cotton Fabric Petition Under ATPDEA

The Committee for the Implementation of Textile Agreements (CITA) is requesting public comments on a petition from Oxford Industries, which alleges that certain cotton fabrics cannot be supplied by the US domestic industry in commercial quantities in a timely manner, and seeks preferential treatment under the Andean Trade Promotion and Drug Eradication Act (ATPDEA)
