OSM Approves Amendment to Illinois Regulatory Program Under SMCRA

The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (OSM) has approved an amendment to the Illinois regulatory program, which includes revisions to the Illinois Department of Natural Resources' regulations on revegetation success standards and updates to statutory citations, to clarify language and improve operational efficiency.
