EPA Extends Comment Period for Toxics Release Inventory Burden Reduction Proposed Rule

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has extended the closing date of the comment period for its proposed rule on reducing the burden for the Toxics Release Inventory (TRI) from December 5, 2005, to January 13, 2006, as announced in the Federal Register on October 4, 2005 (70 FR 57822).
