NNSA Announces Intent to Prepare EIS for BSL-3 Facility at LANL

The National Nuclear Security Administration is planning to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement to assess the operation of a Biosafety Level 3 Facility at the Los Alamos National Laboratory in New Mexico, in compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 and other relevant regulations.
