PBGC Approves Amendment to Special Withdrawal Liability Rules for Service Employees International Union Local 25 and Participating Employers Pension Trust

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation has approved a plan amendment providing special withdrawal liability rules for employers maintaining the Service Employees International Union Local 25 and Participating Employers Pension Trust, following a request from the union and participating employers.
