Gill Pond Realty Trust to Pay $300,000 for Zimble Drum Superfund Site Cleanup

The U.S. Agency for Environmental Protection has proposed a settlement with Gill Pond Realty Trust to recover past costs for cleaning up the contaminated Zimble Drum Superfund Site in Norwood, Massachusetts, and to prevent future lawsuits.
