EPA Submits Information Collection Request for TSCA Section 5(a)(2) Significant New Use Rules for Existing Chemicals to OMB for Review and Approval

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is requesting the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to review and approve a renewal of an existing approved information collection activity, EPA ICR No. 1188.08, which is scheduled to expire on January 31, 2006.
