HUD Announces Revised Annual Adjustment Factors for Section 8 Housing Assistance Payments Program

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has released revised Annual Adjustment Factors (AAFs) for adjusting Section 8 contract rents, effective for housing assistance payment contract anniversaries starting after the notice's publication date, based on the Bureau of Labor Statistics Consumer Price Index (CPI) surveys.
