EPA Proposes New General Permit for Industrial Stormwater Discharges

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comment on a proposed general permit for stormwater discharges from industrial activities, which would replace an existing permit that expired in 2005 and cover 10 regions across the US.
