American Stock Exchange LLC Filing for New Options Licensing Fee on StreetTRACKS and SPDR Dividend ETFs

The American Stock Exchange LLC has filed a proposed rule change to introduce an options licensing fee for options on certain StreetTRACKS exchange-traded funds and the SPDR Dividend exchange-traded fund, with immediate effectiveness.
