SEC Approves Pacific Exchange's Proposed Rule Change and Accelerated Approval of Amendment No. 2

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has approved a proposed rule change by Pacific Exchange, Inc. and granted accelerated approval to an amendment relating to the directed order process and the establishment of designated market makers and lead market makers.
