EPA Reconsiders Part of Clean Air Interstate Rule

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is reconsidering four aspects of the Clean Air Interstate Rule (CAIR), which regulates emissions of nitrogen oxides and sulfur dioxide, and is seeking public comment on these issues.
