Department of the Treasury Invites Public Comment on Proposed Information Collection

The Department of the Treasury is seeking public input on proposed information collections, as part of its efforts to reduce paperwork burden, following the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The IRS is specifically requesting comments on Announcement 2005-80, Global Settlement Initiative.
