NOAA Publishes New Cooperative Institute Policy and Interim Handbook for Public Comment

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has released its new policy on Cooperative Institutes, effective September 2, 2005, and is now accepting public comments on the accompanying Interim Handbook, Version 1.0, which was published in December 2005.
