US Department of Agriculture Announces Effective Date for Child and Adult Care Food Program Rule

The US Department of Agriculture has confirmed the effective date for the Child and Adult Care Food Program rule, which was published on February 22, 2005, and had been awaiting approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) since its publication on February 22, 2005, with OMB clearance received on August 18, 2005, under OMB Control Number 0584-0055.
