US Department of Agriculture Finalizes Food Stamp Program Reauthorization Rules

The US Department of Agriculture has finalized rules for the Food Stamp Program, allowing for alternative delivery methods for notifying retailers and state agencies, and permitting the use of electronic benefits transfer systems during disasters, among other changes.
