EPA Proposes Revisions to Texas Air Pollution Regulations

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed revisions to the Texas State Implementation Plan (SIP) to update distance limitations for new and modified sources, including concrete crushers, and to allow for recycling of broken concrete at temporary demolition sites.
