U.S. Department of Energy Releases Draft Environmental Impact Statement for Gilberton Coal-to-Clean Fuels and Power Project

The U.S. Department of Energy has made available a draft environmental impact statement for the Gilberton Coal-to-Clean Fuels and Power Project, a proposed power facility in Pennsylvania that would utilize coal waste to generate clean energy, for public comment.
