Railroad Retirement Board Proposes Electronic Filing of Settlement and Final Judgment Notices by Railroad Employers

The Railroad Retirement Board proposes to allow railroad employers to notify the Board of settlements and final judgments related to sickness benefits under the Railroad Unemployment Insurance Act via electronic means, in addition to written submissions.
