HHS Solicits Proposals for New Safe Harbors and Special Fraud Alerts

The US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is seeking proposals to develop new safe harbor provisions under the Federal anti-kickback statute and new OIG Special Fraud Alerts, in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) of 1996.
