DoD Proposes Amendment to Restrict Acquisition of Foreign Steel Plate

The US Department of Defense (DoD) is proposing to update the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to clarify a restriction on the purchase of foreign steel plate, which is mandated by annual appropriations acts.
