DoD Adopts Final Rule for Task and Delivery Order Contracts with 5- or 10-Year Limits

The US Department of Defense has finalized a rule amending the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to implement limits on task and delivery order contracts, with a 5-year limit and an option for up to 10 years under exceptional circumstances.
