EPA Proposes Approval of Clean Air Act Section 112(l) Program for Hazardous Air Pollutants and Delegation of Authority to ABCAQCB

The Albuquerque-Bernalillo County Air Quality Control Board (ABCAQCB) has submitted updated regulations for receiving EPA authority to implement and enforce National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAPs) for all sources, including both part 70 and non-part 70 sources. The proposed approval does not apply to sources in Indian Country.
