USDA Finalizes Rule for Upper Midwest Milk Marketing Area

The US Department of Agriculture has adopted a final rule for the Upper Midwest Federal milk order, which includes updated pooling standards and transportation credit provisions, after receiving approval from more than the required number of producers in the area.
