EPA Reviews Proposed Projects, Expresses Environmental Concerns

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has reviewed two proposed projects, the Menominee Casino-Hotel 223-Acre Fee-to-Trust Transfer and Casino Project in Wisconsin and the South Park Bridge Project in Washington, and expressed environmental concerns about various aspects of each project. The EPA has requested additional information and clarification on future environmental monitoring activities for both projects.
