National Park Service Terminates Environmental Impact Statement for Arches National Park Transportation Plan

The National Park Service has decided to prepare an Environmental Assessment instead of an Environmental Impact Statement for the Transportation Plan at Arches National Park, reversing its initial intent announced in 2003.
