EPA Finalizes Modifications to Gasoline Regulations

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is taking direct final action to finalize several modifications to the reformulated and conventional gasoline regulations, which were first proposed in 1997 and finalized in 1997 and 2001. The changes correct technical errors, clarify provisions, and codify guidance, without affecting the emissions benefits achieved by the programs.
