China Establishes Import Levels and Electronic Visa System for Certain Textiles and Textile Products

The Chinese government has set agreed import levels and introduced an Electronic Visa Information System (ELVIS) for specific cotton, wool, man-made fiber, silk blend, and other vegetable fiber textiles and textile products produced or manufactured in China.
