Notice of Rights and Duties Under the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act

The Department of Labor issued an interim final rule on March 10, 2005, to implement a requirement of the Veterans Benefits Improvement Act of 2004, which amended the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act to require employers to provide a notice of employee rights and obligations under USERRA.
