Notice of Proposed Information Collection: Comment Request; Deed-in-Lieu of Foreclosure (Corporate Mortgagors or Mortgagors Owning More than One Property)

The Department is seeking public input on a proposed information collection requirement related to deed-in-lieu of foreclosure procedures for corporate mortgagors or those owning multiple properties, which will be submitted to the Office of Management and Budget for review.
