EPA Finalizes Federal On-Board Diagnostic Regulations for Motor Vehicles

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is finalizing certain requirements for the Federal on-board diagnostic (OBD) system regulations, which govern light-duty vehicles, trucks, and engines, with the goal of reducing air pollution from new motor vehicles and engines.
