EPA Proposes Approval of Iowa's Revised State Implementation Plan and Operating Permits Program

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed the approval of Iowa's revised State Implementation Plan (SIP) and Operating Permits Program, which includes updates to the state's air program rules to ensure consistency with federally-approved rules and Federal enforceability.
