EPA Approves Iowa State Implementation Plan and Operating Permits Program Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved the state of Iowa's revised State Implementation Plan (SIP) and Operating Permits Program, which includes updates to rules and definitions to ensure consistency with federally-approved rules and Federal enforceability of the state's air program rules.
