EPA Extends Comment Period for VOC Emissions Reductions Rule

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is extending the comment period for its advanced notice of proposed rulemaking (ANPR) on reducing volatile organic compounds (VOC) emissions in ozone nonattainment and maintenance areas, for a second time, to February 16, 2006, following a request from the Ozone Transport Commission and the California Air Resources Board.
