The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and National Marine Fisheries Service will gather public input to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement for a permit application from the Port of Vancouver, Washington, related to the incidental take of listed species at the Columbia Gateway Site Habitat Conservation Plan.
