U.S. Department of Labor Seeks Public Comments on Proposed EARN Data Collection

The U.S. Department of Labor is seeking public comments on proposed data collection for Employer Assistance Referral Network (EARN) forms, as part of its effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden. The proposed collection includes EARN Provider Enrollment Form, EARN Employer Enrollment Form, and EARN Employer and Provider Surveys.
