EPA Issues Final Amendments to National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Miscellaneous Coating Manufacturing

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has issued final amendments to the national emission standards for hazardous air pollutants (NESHAP) for Miscellaneous Coating Manufacturing, allowing coating manufacturers to demonstrate compliance with the weight percent hazardous air pollutant (HAP) limit using certain raw material formulation data.
